Where are our houses located?
Colive houses are in lively and sought-after neighborhoods, where you will always be close to transport, shops and nice places to go out. Here's where you can find us:
- Coliving in Brussels: Our houses are located in popular areas such as Ixelles, Flagey, Etterbeek, or a stone's throw from the European Commission. These places combine local charm, friendly atmosphere and excellent transport connections, perfect for discovering the city and living it to the fullest.
- Coliving in Lille : Our homes are in lively neighborhoods, close to the center, with easy access to transport and shops, perfect for a warm, active and well-connected coliving experience.
- Coliving in Paris : We offer houses both in the heart of the capital and in quieter areas on the outskirts. You can choose between the hustle and bustle of the centre or the tranquillity of a residential setting, while remaining perfectly connected to the transport network.
- Coliving in Lisbon: Our homes are centrally located, near the Eduardo VII Park and in the beautiful Alameda district, a quiet but lively place, with fast transport to reach the whole city.

Spaces designed for your daily comfort
Each Colive house offers generous spaces: fully equipped kitchen, dining room, warm living room, laundry room, beautiful bedrooms and several bathrooms.
Some houses also have outdoor spaces, terrace, garden or cellar, for even more comfort and conviviality.
In short, you put down your suitcases and enjoy a turnkey, modern and functional accommodation !
Are there parking spaces in my Colive?
Some Colive houses have parking spaces, available at an additional cost depending on availability.
Can I park my bike in my Colive?
Our houses almost always have a secure space or a cellar to accommodate bicycles, perfect if you opt for soft mobility. As each house is unique, we recommend that you check this point, in order to avoid any surprises.
Are pets allowed?
We love them, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed in Colive houses. This rule guarantees the comfort of everyone, especially allergic or sensitive Colivers. We promise, we'll send them lots of love from a distance!
Can I smoke in Colive houses?
No, smoking is not allowed inside the Colive houses, in order to guarantee a healthy and pleasant living space for all Colivers.
On the other hand, you can smoke in outdoor spaces such as the terrace or garden, if your house has it.
Is there a laundry room in Colive houses?
Yes, all Colive houses are equipped with a laundry room. Some homes also have a dryer, but this can vary from home to home.
Equipment for hanging your laundry is provided, but if you want to check for a dryer, don't hesitate to check this point.
Is Colive eligible for APL/CAF in France?
Yes, all Colive houses in Paris and Lille are eligible for APL (Personalized Housing Assistance) via the CAF (Family Allowance Fund).
If you are a resident in one of our houses in Paris or Lille and you meet the necessary conditions, you can benefit from this aid for your accommodation. For more details, it is advisable to check directly with the CAF.

3. Your booking
How can I book a place in a Colive ?
Please click here to fill in a request form and let us know what would be your ideal coliving space. Our team will contact you back quickly with some nice opportunities.
You are interested in a Colive but are not able to visit it soon ?
No worries, we regularly organize virtual tours.
Is there a minimum rental period ?
The minimum rental period is 3 months.
How long is my lease ?
The standard lease that we propose has a duration of 3 years. However, it is mentioned in the contract that you can terminate at any time, with a simple 3-month notice period.
Can I book a place together with my partner ?
Most of our spacces are for single persons only. However, we have some availabilities for couples (to check on demand).
Are animals accepted ?
Unfortunately, out of respect for other Colivers who might be allergic, we do not accept animals.
What do the charges include ?
Flat-rate charges include water, gas/electricity, insurance, internet/TV and household cleaning.
What is the amount of your deposit ?
The deposit is equivalent to 1400€.

4. Your stay
How is the inventory (upon arrival/departure) organized ?
Upon your arrival, you will receive a form “inventory of fixtures” to complete and send back to us within 24 hours. This document containing your comments and photos will be used as a reference at the time of your departure.
May I register my Colive address as my domicile ?
Sure, you are totally allowed to register your Colive address as your domicile.
May I sublease myspot while I am away ?
Out of respect for other tenants, it is completely forbidden to sublease your place.
Can I invite friends to my Colive ?
Your friends are welcome in your Colive! However, you are required to notify other colivers in advance. Of course, the presence of your friends must not disrupt community life in the home. It goes without saying that your friends can not take up residence in your Colive.
May I smoke in a Colive ?
Our Colives are non-smoking areas. However, you are allowed to smoke in the garden or on the terrace.
