  • Participate in the development and optimisation of internal back-office applications (VBA, SQL, etc.)
  • Develop and optimise Microsoft SQL databases
  • Work on the integration of numerous external tools (Trello, HelloSign, Zapier, Landbot, Integromat, etc.)
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of our services with innovative ideas
  • Analyse existing SQL queries to improve performance
  • Develop test plans and software documentation to support new releases and code changes.
  • Assist other staff members in development activities

Job description

  • Be the point of contact for future co-living residents, handle enquiries and follow up on them.
  • Develop the portfolio of properties.
  • Conduct viewings.
  • Contribute to the communication strategy.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services with innovative ideas.
  • Communicate through social media by creating content and monitoring reactions.
  • Create communication materials (e.g. infographics, brochures, flyers, posters, PDFs, etc.).
  • Competitive and market analysis
